If you have packed up the car and traveled the youth baseball tournament circuit, then you know what sets the great events apart. It's the little things. Good fields and venues. Top competition. Superb communication about seeding, and schedules, and last-second changes. Quality umpires. Fan gear. Awards ceremonies. A little social media love.
Those are the hallmarks of West Coast Premier Tournaments, and have been since the company was founded by Drew Reiners in 2017. It’s no different now that we are one of the larger tournament organizers in the country, especially in the Pacific Northwest and the Desert Southwest.
In fact, the only thing that has changed since we teamed up in 2020 with GSL Tournaments, Seattle Elite Baseball and Seattle Premier League to form Premier Sports Tournaments (a division of EL1 Sports – a national youth sports training company) is that we have redoubled our commitment to bringing those great tournament touches to even more parts of the country. Our primary goal remains to provide competitive, well-organized, well-priced destination tournaments for teams and families.
Drew played ball as a kid, and into college. He has coached. He’s a baseball parent. He understands how much of a commitment it is for baseball families – and that’s one of the reasons you will probably find him moving portable mounds around at 6 in the morning, or working the phones late at night to find a turf field when there’s wet weather in the forecast.
The little things. That’s what we want West Coast Premier to be known for.
